Since when do you evolve in music?
Laury :
I started to learn the piano at the age of 11, so it will soon be 52 years when you think about it.... well yesterday what.... I then moved on to the guitar and then finally and definitively to the bass around 15/16 years old. After a big break of 15 years, I'm back to playing again since 4/5 years.

What are your musical influences?
Laury :
My first love was hard rock (Deep Purple...) and then I turned to rock (Joe Jackson), I love the energy that comes out of this music. Then at 23 I discovered jazz and I can't do without it anymore (Miles Davis).

Have you already recorded an album or an EP?
Laury :
I had the chance to be the bass player of Etat d'Urgence a rock band from the East of France which was doing really well and with which we opened for Starshooter, Little Bob Story, Jacques Higelin and and .... Téléphone at the Parc des Expo in Nancy in February 1981 !!!
With Etat d'urgence we had recorded an LP called "Coup de poker" (yes it was in 1977 there was no CD at the time ....).
Unfortunately our producer went bankrupt and the record was never released...

What are your other passions or interests besides music?
Laury :
I love the desert, both sand (Erg) and stone (Reg) that I have traveled many times by motorcycle and 4 x 4.

Laury :
Kind of blue (Miles Davis and John Coltrane)

Laury :
To avoid any disaster I don't sing in the shower !
