Neo Metal Tribute Night #1

BreakStuff, Tribute to Limp Bizkit, is a band from Nice, with BO RD on vocals, Manu on guitar, Mathieu on bass, Dalian on drums and Mr Skull on scratches.

Launched by Korn, Limp Biskit, the band from Jacksonville (Florida), formed in 1994, has imposed itself in the world of neo metal by an efficient rap/metal mix instrumentation.

Breakstuff drew mainly from the repertoire of the 2nd: Significant Other, and 3rd albums: Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water, among the 7 studio albums of Limp Bizkit to elaborate a percussive and incisive show. The atmosphere on stage is explosive. Manu wears a red led american nightmare mask while BO RD walks the stage with vivacity, jumping, waving his arm in the air, chanting "Rollin', rollin', rollin'" and calling out to the audience, who will sing along with him the most famous Limp Bizkit refrains during the live show, like with "Stick it up your" to which the audience will answer "yeah" on Nookie or on 'My Generation'. Fred Durst's fast and biting rap flow and his aggressive clean vocals are perfectly echoed by BO RD. Mr. Skull effectively reproduces the excessive scratches of DJ Lethal and his unstoppable know-how on the turntables. Between 'Just Like This' and 'My Generation', he will realize a solo demonstration during nearly 4 minutes. The riffs are tonic, heavy or distorted, the rhythmic gets carried away at an unbridled frequency. The band will offer us a beautiful finale with 'Break Stuff', 'Take a Look Around', theme from the movie Mission Impossible 2 and 'Dad Vibes' from Limp Bizkit's last album, Still Sucks, released in 2021.
The BreakStuff tornado took it all in and carried us away.
